Certificates of Analysis
A certificate that covers a brand is a brochure. A certificate that covers a lot is a record. We fill one product, and every fill run is a lot with its own batch code. Before a lot ships, a sample from it goes to Genesis Bio Labs and comes back with a certificate carrying its own document ID, its own test date, its own sterility result and its own measured endotoxin value. We publish that certificate as issued.

This certificate was reviewed and signed by two analysts before release. The method is printed next to the result, so you can see what was actually run rather than take the word “tested” on faith.
On a water certificate it stays blank, on purpose. This product is water with 0.9% benzyl alcohol as the bacteriostatic agent — a deliberate composition, not a substance being assayed. Any site printing a figure there is printing a number that does not exist. We leave the field empty and say so.
Don’t guess and don’t reorder around it. Email us with the batch code and a photo of the vial and we will trace it. A code we can’t account for is our problem to close out, and we would rather hear about it than not.
Read the batch code printed on the vial. It looks like BAC3-D03 or BAC10-D04.
Type it into the box above, or open the verify link for your volume.
The card returns Verified · Pass. Check three things against your vial: the batch code, the document ID, and the test date.
To prove the lookup is real, type a code that doesn't exist. It returns No certificate found. A verifier that says yes to everything verifies nothing.
