Security
Nowhere near us. Card capture happens inside our payment processor's own environment. We never receive the number, so we cannot store it, log it, or lose it.
Last updated October 31, 2026
Card details are entered into fields served and controlled by our payment processor, inside its PCI DSS validated environment. Those details are transmitted from your browser to the processor. They do not pass through, and are not stored by, any system BAC Nation operates.
We never hold a full card number, a security code, or a magnetic-stripe or chip equivalent. What we receive back from the processor is an authorisation result and a payment reference — enough to pack your order and to issue a refund against it, and nothing more.
A refund is issued back to the original card through the processor using that payment reference. We do not need, and will never ask for, your card number to refund you. If anybody contacts you claiming to be BAC Nation and asks for a full card number, a security code, or a bank login, it is not us — tell us and we will say so in writing.
The whole site is served over HTTPS. There is no page on this site that accepts input over an unencrypted connection, and certificate issuance for this domain is restricted at the DNS level to a named set of certificate authorities.
No analytics package, no advertising or conversion pixel, no session-recording tool, no chat widget, no tag manager, and no script served by any outside company. Typefaces are served from this domain, not from a font host. The practical consequence is that there is no third party in a position to observe you on a checkout page, because there is no third party on the page.
Order records — name, email, shipping address, phone if given, what you ordered, what it cost, and the processor’s payment reference. They are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, then deleted. The full detail, including how to request a copy or a deletion, is in the privacy policy; data requests go to privacy@bacnation.com.
Your cart is held in your own browser’s local storage and never leaves your device until you submit an order. We set no tracking cookie of any kind.
Four Gate Industries LLC, doing business as BAC Nation has had no payment-card data breach and no PCI forensic investigation. If that ever changes we will say so here and notify affected customers directly, as the law requires.
Every price, shipping charge and refund on this site is in US dollars (USD). The amount authorised is the order total shown to you before you submit — we do not add a handling fee, a currency conversion, or any charge after the fact, and we do not store your card for a future purchase. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal and no membership on this site; a card is charged once per order you place.
The charge is billed by Four Gate Industries LLC, doing business as BAC Nation. If a charge on your statement is one you do not recognise, email support@bacnation.com with the date and amount and we will identify it for you the same business day — before you raise it with your bank, if you are willing, because we can usually resolve it faster than a dispute can.
If you believe you have found a security problem with this site, email support@bacnation.com with the detail. We will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine issue to us in good faith and gives us a reasonable chance to fix it.
