These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Four Gate Industries LLC, doing business as BAC Nation, 11750 W 135th Street, Ste 1541, Overland Park, KS 66221, United States (“BAC Nation”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them. You can reach us at support@bacnation.com or (913) 787-2001, Monday – Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Research Use Only. Not for human or veterinary use. Everything sold here is supplied for laboratory research use. It is not a drug, food, cosmetic or medical device, and it is not supplied for diagnosis, treatment, or any use in or on humans or animals. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. By ordering you confirm that you are acquiring the product for lawful research purposes, and that you are responsible for handling, storing and disposing of it in accordance with every law and institutional rule that applies to you.
We describe composition and publish the lot record. Test results are produced by Genesis Bio Labs and describe the lot tested. We make no representation about suitability for any particular purpose, and we publish no claim that a certificate does not state.
All prices, shipping charges, taxes and refunds on this site are stated and settled in US dollars (USD). We do not price or settle in any other currency. Prices may change without notice, but never after you have placed an order — the total shown to you before you submit is the amount authorised.
Your order is an offer, which we accept by shipping it. We may decline or cancel any order, including for pricing or description errors, suspected resale for prohibited use, an address we cannot ship to, or stock shortfalls. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.
Payment is due at the time of order. You warrant that you are authorised to use the payment method you submit. Card details are captured by our payment processor inside its own PCI DSS validated environment and never reach our systems — see payment security.
The charge is billed by Four Gate Industries LLC. Your card is charged once per order. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, no auto-renewal and no membership on this site, and we do not store your card for a later purchase. If you do not recognise a charge, email support@bacnation.com or call (913) 787-2001 and we will identify it for you; we ask that you do that before raising a dispute, though doing so does not affect your right to dispute the charge with your bank.
Shipping terms are set out on the Shipping page. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier; the Returns policy governs damage and non-delivery claims.
We sell and ship within the United States only — all 50 states, including US military addresses. We do not ship internationally, we do not ship to freight forwarders or export agents, and we do not act as an exporter of record. You may not place an order for onward export, and you are responsible for complying with every law that applies to you where you are. An order placed for delivery outside the United States will be cancelled and refunded in full.
The Returns, refunds and cancellations policy forms part of these terms. In summary: unopened vials may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price; anything damaged, short or incorrect is replaced or refunded in full; and an order not yet picked can be cancelled for a full refund.
Do not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it at a rate that degrades it, misrepresent your identity, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The site, its text, artwork and layout belong to Four Gate Industries LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Except where the law does not allow it to be excluded, the site and the products are provided “as is” and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to the fullest extent permitted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify Four Gate Industries LLC against claims arising from your use, handling or onward supply of a product in breach of these terms or of applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these terms. The version posted at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it.
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in force and the unenforceable provision applies to the fullest extent permitted. These terms, together with the Shipping, Returns, Privacy and Payment security policies, are the entire agreement between us on their subject matter.
