- Who am I actually buying from?

That is the business that takes your order, bills your card, ships your parcel and issues your refund. - What currency are your prices in?
- Every price, shipping charge and refund on this site is in US dollars (USD). We do not price or settle in any other currency.
- What will the charge look like on my statement?
- The charge is billed by Four Gate Industries LLC, doing business as BAC Nation. If you see a charge you do not recognise, email support@bacnation.com with the date and amount before raising it with your bank — we can usually identify it the same business day, which is faster than a dispute.
- What payment methods do you take?
- Major credit and debit cards, entered at checkout. Card details are captured by our payment processor inside its own PCI DSS validated environment and never reach our systems — we never see or store a card number. We do not invoice, we do not offer terms, and we do not take cryptocurrency.
- Is there a subscription, a membership, or a recurring charge?
- No. There is no subscription, no auto-ship, no membership and no stored card. Your card is charged once for the order you place, for the total shown before you submit it.
- Do I have to be a certain age to order?
- Yes. You must be 18 or older and acquiring the product for laboratory research use only. Research Use Only. Not for human or veterinary use.
- Do you ship outside the United States?
- No. We ship within the United States only — all 50 states, to street addresses and PO boxes. We do not ship internationally, we do not ship to freight forwarders for export, and we cannot accept an order for delivery outside the US.
- What does shipping cost and when does it go out?
- Orders of $50 or more ship free; below that it is a flat $6. The rate is shown in your cart before you check out. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT, Monday through Friday, are packed and handed to the carrier the same business day, from Olathe, Kansas and California, Maryland. We ship USPS and UPS and email a tracking number as soon as the label is made.
- Can I return it, and how long do I have?
- Unopened vials in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Anything damaged in transit, short, or incorrect is replaced or refunded in full — report transit damage within 72 hours of delivery with photographs, and everything else within 30 days. Email support@bacnation.com with your order number to start any claim. We cannot accept a vial whose seal has been broken.
- How do I cancel an order?
- Email us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not been picked we cancel it outright and refund it in full. Once a shipping label exists the parcel is on its way and the returns process applies instead.
- How quickly does a refund reach me?
- We issue approved refunds to the original payment method. How quickly it posts is your bank or card issuer's timing, not ours, and it is commonly five to ten business days after we issue it.
- Do you sell peptides, prescription products, or anything besides water?
- No. BAC Nation sells bacteriostatic water in two fill volumes and nothing else. We are not a pharmacy, we do not prescribe or dispense, we hold no DEA registration, and we sell no drug, peptide or controlled substance.
- Do you give advice on how to use the product?
- No. We do not advise on applications and we do not answer questions about them in any form. We describe the composition, publish the lot record, and stop there. Research Use Only. Not for human or veterinary use.
- How do I reach a person?
