Who is responsible for your data

Four Gate Industries LLC, doing business as BAC Nation, 11750 W 135th Street, Ste 1541, Overland Park, KS 66221, United States, is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Data requests go to privacy@bacnation.com; anything else to support@bacnation.com or (913) 787-2001.

What this site does not do

This website runs no analytics package, no advertising or conversion pixel, no session-recording tool, no chat widget, and no script loaded from any outside company. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not build advertising profiles.

Cookies and what is stored in your browser

This site sets no tracking cookie, no advertising cookie and no analytics cookie. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Your cart is kept in your own browser’s local storage — not a cookie — so it survives a page reload. It never leaves your device until you submit an order, and clearing your browser data clears it. Our payment processor may set a cookie of its own on the checkout step, strictly to carry out the payment you asked for.

What we collect when you order

• Your name, email address, shipping address and phone number, if given.
• What you ordered and what it cost.
• Payment is handled by a payment processor. Card details are captured inside that provider’s own PCI DSS validated environment, are never received or stored by BAC Nation, and we hold only its payment reference — see payment security.

Why we hold it

To take payment, pack and ship the order, answer support questions, handle returns, and meet our tax and record-keeping obligations. That is the whole list.

Who we share it with

• The shipping carrier (USPS or UPS) — your name, address and phone, so the parcel can be delivered.
• The payment processor — the order amount and what it is for, so the payment can be taken and a refund issued.
• Our email provider — your email address, to send the order confirmation and the tracking number.
• A government or court where the law requires it of us.

Nobody else, never for money, and never for anybody’s advertising. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in US state privacy law, and we have no advertising or analytics partner to share it with.

Email

We send transactional email — order confirmation and shipping notification. We do not add you to a marketing list from a purchase.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, then deleted. Support correspondence is kept for two years.

Your rights, and how to use them

Write to privacy@bacnation.com from the email address on your order, or call (913) 787-2001, and ask for any of the following:

• A copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• A correction to anything that is wrong.
• Deletion of it, except where tax or accounting law requires us to keep an order record.
• Confirmation that we have not sold or shared it. We have not, and there is no opt-out to submit, because there is nothing to opt out of.

We answer within 30 days. We will not charge you for a request, and we will not treat you differently for making one. Depending on where you live — California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and a growing list of other states — you may have additional statutory rights; we honour them regardless of where you live rather than asking you to prove your state.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, write to privacy@bacnation.com and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated date at the top changes with it.

How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS throughout, card data never reaches our systems, and access to order records is limited to the people who pack and support orders. The full statement is on the payment security page.
